A Nice Stay

The staff helped with parking in the private garage. My room and the bathroom felt spacious. The room was quite clean. The hotel's location is central. Breakfast had many options. I found it nice. The hotel provided locked baggage storage upon my early arrival. The hotel also gave me a bag lunch for my early departure. This thoughtful gesture was appreciated. The staff booked me in quickly and were friendly. I found them helpful.
There were not programs like Amazon Prime. Evening entertainment options were limited in the hotel.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i was able to leave my rental car in the garage before i checked in. they allowed me to keep my car there after i checked out until my flight.
the room i stayed in felt a bit small. this was especially noticeable when the pull-out bed was in use. with three people in the double room, it felt quite cramped.

The staff helped me book a bus to the airport. They gave me recommendations to the best places to see. The location is good. I walked to the main streets. Rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. I even got a welcome drink of my choice!!!
The room was too small. There was NO room for luggage. The shower curtain is outdated. To use the kettle, I had to place it on the floor. The power outlet was FAR away. The breakfast was poor.

the bathroom door did not function properly, lacking a latch and requiring the deadbolt for closure. my companion got locked in the bathroom, and the staff considered breaking down the door. the issue was not resolved, and i was not offered compensation. breakfast options were limited because of allergen issues.
